Holistic Yoga with James

Thursdays 6:30 - 8pm
Namaste Barn, Newton Abbot

Holistic means 'wholeness' and is an approach to yoga which encourages peace of mind, optimum health and well-being. Holistic yoga combines traditional, statically held haṭhayoga postures with more dynamic, moving vinyasa practices. This class also includes focused breathing exercises (prāṇāyāma) and concludes with a blissful relaxation.

Yoga practitioners are encouraged to adapt the techniques according to their unique individual requirements. This approach is free from dogma and is accessible to everyone regardless of age, flexibility, fitness or previous experience.

£10 per class
Discount: 5 class pass - £40 (£8 per class) valid for three months.

About James

James is a yoga teacher, blogger and researcher who's practised yoga for over 23 years. He holds an MA in Traditions of Yoga & Meditation from SOAS, where he continues to study Sanskrit as an associate student.
